Would it be OK to put the earth thrown up on lawns by moles in raised beds?

Don't see why not! That would be well worked 'friable' soil in which one could grow nearly anything in.
Yes it'll be ok but might be a good idea to lightly fork it in & not leave it lying on the top where it might go a bit solid...depends what your soil is like really & what moley's dredged up with it!

Thank you. Don't know why my husband wanted to know this !!! I could ask him I suppose. We don't have moles.
Well,we have LOTS of moles,so you can have some if you want? LOL
Seriously,Molehill earth is great for any type of planting,it is fine and very easy for plants to push their roots through.
We use it especially for potting up seedlings.

Please don't wish for Moles,they will hear you! LOL
