Anyone know how to refund people on ebay?

Sold 2 computer games but cant find the instructions for 1 so posted the 1 game and plan to refund the other. Can i refund just that amount or does it have to b the whole invoice? And is it easy? Got to do it in work tomorrow as dont have internet at home, only on phone!

If you are using paypal you can give any amount to anybody just with their email address. Screen is quite easy to use. Just log in to your paypal account. and go to pay to email address tab.

if you go to the original Paypal payment there is an option to refund any amount , i have done it when i overcharged on postage.
(there must be funds in the PP account to do this)
