connecting Sky+ box, dvd recorder and freeview box

I have a 32 lcd tv with 2 scart sockets and a sky+box with the same, also a freeview box which has 2 scart sockets, can anyone tell me how to cable them up so that I can record 2 progs on Sky and switch over to freeview please. If you can help please bear in mind I am not at all clever behind the back of a telly etc, cheers George
