Blocked Bath and Sink outlet fitted to a Saniflow unit.

I have a block in my Saniflow/macertor system. The toiler works fine, but the output from the sink and bath do not drain away. I have used a plunger and a vacuum cleaner, but they are not quite adequate; is there a better way of clearing the bath and sink outlet pipe?
