Completely random question but if i was to wack a UV bulb into a standard lamp, would it tan me? If not, do tanning bulbs exist, and if so, link me :)

depends on the wavelength of the UV,do you mean a blak light,in which case unlikely.A mercury vapour lamp would be likely to burn rather than tan. See http://www.answers.com/topic/suntan
