Acer 9300 Laptop

When my laptop finished windows updates it was shutting down and when it returned it had a screen message windows error recovery and gives me two selections 1. Launch startup repair which is on 20second timer. 2. Start windows normal when i choose either nothing happens and i keep going back to this screen anyone able to help me please
