advice of going rates for costume making...?

hi, ive been asked ot make 20 dracula style night dresses for a teenage kids play, and asked for a fee and costs price upfront...can anyone tell me what the going rate per dress would be?
they are very simple gowns but with lots of material, and im just not sure what to charge for materials or for the labour?

any idea to help ?

Hi joko - Go and price up some suitable material / cottons at your fabric shop. Ask their advice on how to work out how much material / cotton you will need for 20 costumes, divide the total cost by 20 and add on a charge for labour xxx
Y not make the price prohibitive so that the other mums make their own?

I think �25 each will soon have the other mums scurrying about.....

thanks guys but this is pro job, not a mum thing, so need pro rates

i just have never had to make 20 basic outfits before - i usually get an overall fee for all the outfits in the production and given a budget. i usually hire or buy most stuff too
