I have no heating upstairs or hot water. Plenty of heat down stairs. What can I do?

Either live upstairs in the summer and downstairs in the winter OR, bleed your system- sounds like you've got an air-lock.

Have you got the heating on today?

Where do you live, cos it's hot here?

we had that problem a while back and had to get the system bled, all is well now.
