Name of rotting wood repair product?

I have wooden windows in my house and I have always repainted them about every four years but I have left them for about seven years. I want to use a product that repairs the rotting parts before filling them. Any idea of the name of that product?

Thanks Zacsmaster. I went to my local DIY store today and thats what they recommended too so I bought Wicks Super Tough Wood Filler.
