Can anyone help? I have an intermittent problem with Sky. Sometimes when I press the button the image on the screen is compressed in height and I can't connect. If I turn it off and on again, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It can compress when operating too. I've had a satellite and TV engineer out and it cost me �60 but he couldn't find anything wrong. Any help will be welcome.
