If i placed my solar power lights in my greenhouse throughout the day, will it carge the batteries up better? due to the heat?

No, they don't work on heat just light.
They should charge better if you redirect additional sunlight at them using mirrors
In fact they would charge rather less well because the glass inevitably obstructs a small amount the UV spectrum trying to pass through.
Monocrystalline silicon solar cells produce a voltage when visible light and infrared light (above a critical frequency) are absorbed. Your batteries will be charged more efficiently outside as it is much cooler.
The infrared radiation from a hot greenhouse is far too low in energy to produce a voltage from a solar cell, it must come directly from the Sun.
Actually, if you want to take the full advantage of the solar power then you have to do all the activities in day time because this process works better in that time. During day the solar panels get sunlight directly and works better.
