If you're not in a good reception area, you will not get satisfactory tv from an indoor aerial, sadly.

If you are willing to pay between 10 and 15 per month, V+ from your cable tv will record up to two different channels while you watch a third.

There are also dual tuner recorders on the market for under 200.
