i have been asked to help someone prepare for an interview for a job with the NHS - any ideas what kind of questions might be asked? Its a clerical job.

Whether they have any experience in the position.
Are they able to use their discretion and handle sensitive information confidentially.
If customer facing, do they have the necessary communication skills to deal with people from all walks of life regardless of age, race, etc.
Organisation skills, ability to prioritise, multi task and meet deadlines.
Work as part of team or on their own initiative.
i had an nhs clerical interview & they asked if somone rang up for their test results & you knew they were ill what would you say? (act like you know nothing & get them to speak to relevant person) also if one person gives you a task & then somone else comes along & says forget that- do this instead what would you do? (speak to supervisor) they asked what i knew about disability discrimination & what things are in place to help (showed knowlege of aids like typetalk, induction loops, access issues etc & to treat everyone the same). cant remeber any more.
