freeview television box does not receive the stations

my panasonic freeview box which was working fine 1 week ago getting all the channels you get for free is now not getting the channels as before ,To my knowledge there was a green light on when it was going fine but all its showing at present is the red light I assume it is the standby light ,however we can get terrestial tele ok .this tele is linked to the downstairs tele which we have no trouble with getting all the channels your supposed to get.Any ideas please
