can anyone give me a foolproof exact step by step guide on how to get a background using html's on my myspace profile? and any tips on other cool stuff i can put on there. so far ive mastered a song! thanks.

Step by step guide huh. Well i can give it my best, ok

In myspace.com front page login to your account.

When you have logged in to myspace and looking at your myspace go to "Edit Profile" when in that it should come up with Headline, About Me. etc...

Scroll down to "I'd like to meet:" then enter the html code. then scroll back up and save all changes. you wont be able to see this on the editing screen. so type www.myspace.com/ your myspace website. then have alook at it. as it should be there.

To get html codes you can search on myspace.com.... google.com... live.com etc.

Well, if you want an backgrounds eg. www.myspace.com/avablink or other 1's. if you like music on myspace.com go to search bar and search the band go on the myspace they will have a html for backgrounds.

or you can go on google.com or live.com and search "html backgrounds for myspace"

It hasnt came out crap. its the way its suppose to... there nothing wrong with this background as lots of people have it. and ive tried the code my friends website and its the same. so its how its suppose to be/

yeah. it never comes up with a preview layout. just save it and then type. www.myspace.com/ your site.
