I know it sounds stupid but there is a theme tune on channel 5 that i need to know, its just a tune and it usually comes on after adverts and before next programme. On it there is a coloured man holding a baby and smiling and there is a tree somewhere on it too.

Please help me find what the tune is, I love it.
