Is it worth me getting 'Mr Fixit in'? My dishwasher is not pumping in water for the wash cycle. The electric is fine, but sometimes there will be dirty water come from somewhere/nowhere(?) at the bottom! Not good at this sort of thing any ideas?

Before you get someone in, check the waste hose. It's usually grey and about an inch wide and bendy. It will probably go from the back of the dishwasher to under your sink.
Make sure there's no twists or kinks in it as this will stop the dirty water draining away properly.
