i think its because they increase your appitite.

they do increase your appitite and they also lessen your motivation but i heard something about a chemical in them that makes you put on weight regardless of how much you eat or how little you exercise.i know from personal experience you cant cant help them from putting weight on you no matter what you do.if someone could tell me in better detail it would be appriciated.cheers
