If you do buy a car before you have passed your test the insurance will be ridiculously high too!

richie, you dont need a licence to buy a car. Unless you are leasing personally as they will ask for copies of your insurance and driving licence. Why do u wanna buy a car before passing your test???

ma mate is on 1st party insurance it costin 850 a year. buyin it and insuring it as third party learner
