We ordered a sofa on the finance agreement. Its arrived & the quality is shocking !!! We're going to speak to the store as it's not fixable (wonky stitching that doesn't line up at all on each segment) & certainly don't want to wait another 9wks for a replacement so want to return it.
As it was a credit agreement how will that work ? It wasn't pay nothing for a year, the 1st payment is due out 1st Jan. We don't want to cancel the DD as it will default causing credit issues obviously.
Any advice ? I know DFS are terrible with after care so I'm sure this will probably run on for months
