It's Forest Green Rovers v Alvechurch, if you need to watch more high quality football.

I lived in Alvechurch very briefly when I left my lying, cheating, skanky, scabby mongrel of an ex. It's where Tracie Andrews murdered her partner. It's actually a nice little place to live.

I went to the Red Lion one night (the most well-known pub there) and when I went back to my car I found a bottle of Veuve Clicquot that someone had left on the ground. Happy days :-)

Sorry for going off on a tangent...
My husband watched it. Didn't find it very exciting. :-)
I gave it a bat... but hmm even though you know my passion for football Hopkirk... have to take a break sometimes.
3 goals and a red card, surely it wasnt that dull?

I think you're the one with the alcohol problem ^^^

Neither have I, Hopkirk, but I shall have myself a cheeky glass of wine about 8pm when my fake kid goes to bed :-)
I believe you hopkirk... have you tried changing the batteries on your remote ;-)
Ldycg... having read them are you ok Xx
Me? Yes I'm fine thanks, lovely. Water off a duck's back to me :-) xx
Awesome, I thought so Xx
I know Alvechurch. We have friends who used to live there. Ive been to a couple of the pubs and an Indian restaurant there. Lovely countryside around there. Not sure why they call it a village though. It’s more like a small town.
Don't let the locals hear you say that... Calling it anything but a village puts you at risk of forced extradition to Barnt Green. Red. Lion may be best known but The Weighbridge has the best beer and their Sunday lunches are epic.
probably more entertaining than England Usa
Talking of tangents, what have Christmas puds got to do with anything?

I wonder which won for "Happy days", moral compass or moral turpitude? ;-)
I wonder which won for the takeaway tonight - a KFC Small Country Bucket or a 96" pizza?
Never heard of either .
