It will be. Particularly for those of us who let the cat share because he likes to snuggle his slave. But the cat stupidly jumps out of any open window. And he is not allowed out at niggt.

Thankfully, i have a fan.

I worked with a man who had come over to work from Delhi. He said “you English are mad! When it gets hot you throw open your windows, pull back the curtains and complain you are hot! In hot weather you should keep all your windows closed, blinds down, curtains or shutters closed. Shut out the heat like you do the cold.” In warm weather I have done this since in our bedroom and It works!

I always have an eye on the weather (I'm a window cleaner) and always look at temperature at 9 am (my normal starting time). Tomorrow at 9 am, it will be 21 degrees C .... and will not doubt be very unpleasant to work in .... although admittedly it's better than the wind and rain that I usually have to put up with :)

Giz; I've promised my brother i'll begin a 3 day decorating job at his house tomorrow. I suffer from hyperhidrosis so there'll just be a big puddle on the floor and no Ken4155 when he gets in from work :-)

I lived in an upside down house with the sitting room on the top and bedroom at the bottom. And the bedroom faces North - so nice and cool and that's what I'm looking forward to now.
