Me and my partner already live together we are due to be married end of the year. I currently claim income related esa for both of us and kids and also housing ect all in my name whence get married will it all changer do I just call them and change my last name?

surely everyone (partner and kids) must make their own claims for ESA? How do you claim these benefits in your name?

Just advise them of your marriage and change of name. Your payments won't alter in any way
