Thinking of buying small Rib boat but need some info on them electic outboards what size, how long on charge the boat will only be carrying 2 of us

You don't charge the motor ... you charge the battery that will drive the motor.
So how much you spend on a battery will have a direct effect on how far and for how long you can travel.
Don't get a car battery ... you need a leisure type battery .. the kind you would have in a caravan. They are designed to be charged and discharged on a regular basis.
