Ok thanks boaty. You? Just opened the shutters to have a look out and everything is covered in a thick frost. It all LOOKS beautiful but...not too safe underfoot. I'm doing my 5k canter this morning but maybe it'll be too slippery to do that. I'll have to see if it clears a bit by 7.30.

I'm OK so far this morning, but it's not a high energy day. A good excuse for not doing a lot. A bit of shoplifting. then I think I'll treat myself to a bit of steak for lunch. :o}
