My girlfriend and myself have 2 - 16gb Android Tablets and we would like to Skype.
Unfortunately she does not have internet access so is there any way we could still skype one another.
I thought about about a mobile Dongle for her but I am unsure what to do.

Not sure about how you would set it up but video conferencing takes a lot of bandwidth. You might find you need a strong 4G signal.
