What is distilled water and what is the difference between it and isotonic water?

i believe that an isotonic drink contains sodium to replace that which is lost through sweating whereas distilled water only contains water as all impurities and minerals have be removed by boiling and collecting the evaperated water
nearly right. An isotonic drink contains sodium, potassium, magnesium etc. etc. In the same concentrations as blood. Distilled is, as you say, fairly pure.
