A: 9 weeks out of 52 gives 29/52 x 27 days = 15.0577 days
B: 9 weeks out of 52 gives 9/52 x 27 days = 4.6731 days
C: 21 weeks out of 52 gives 21/52 x 29 days = 11.7115 days
The employer will probably just add up the days (ignoring the difference in hours per week over the two contracts), so that's 31.4423 days.
Otherwise you need to multiply by 15.0577 by the average number of hours per working day for period A (which I don't know because you've not said how the 30 hours were distributed), 4.6731 by the average number of hours per day for period B, 11.7115 by the average number of hours per day for period C, and add your answers together to get the total number of hours due to you. Then divide by the number of hours per day you currently work (on average) to convert the figure to days.
