Why Can't I get ITV1 On Freeview?

Repair man coming to fix my Sky+ box on Tuesday. Until then I've fitted a Freeview box to my TV. I've scanned for channels twice but can't get ITV1, Channel 4 or 5.

What can I do and why is this happening? Thanks.

Can you check with your neighbours to see if they have the same problems?
If they do, it's probably related to the signal quality in your area. If they don't, the problem is somewhere in your own equipment set up, possibly the aerial.

Thanks guys. I found them way down the list at 312. It's only temporary until I get my Sky+ box fixed.
