HELP washer seriously blocked

Not sure what to do - washed a burgundy chenille throw on its own on a 30 degree wash - it has malted terribly and blocked all the machine - water running everywhere all over the floor Managed to drain through the sump Cleaned drum and put on rinse and drain only for it to happen again - i think it is all clogged up in drum holes and through the works of the machine = any suggestions on how to get it clear

Oh dear, just gently clean the drumholes. May take a while. Run machine on empty might help. Good luck.
See the manual, there is probably a filter to clear out. Often behind a door bottom right at the front.

Aside from that i can only echo tenrec. Long tedious haul clearing out what you can; occassional empty wash to see if it's cleared enough or if you get another floor full of water.
2nd tip: throw the throw away!
sounds like the pump is gummed up unless you have a man who knows how looks like the repair man cometh.

the throw has been chucked - damn thing. It is getting worse instead of better the more i fill it - need to hunt for an instruction manual - sure i can download one
Even if it's blocked it shouldn't leak unless the pump pressure has blown a pipe off.
Or if it's a "stadpipe" type drain the waste hose goes to it would leak if that's blocked too.
