I can't turn my volume up on my Beko/Panache TV. I have tried using the remote and the volume control button on the tv with no luck. Any suggestions please.

Go into TV Menu and have a look at the settings for your volume there
press mute again
turn off the tv at the mains, after a few min's turn back on and retry, if it's still the same you must have a fault on the sound board.
deb1961 I am not trying to be to be funny but maybe the batteries need changing on the remote ,or is there a button jammed / stuck in the on position on the remote or the tv
pardon?...sorry
i see this tv has no freeview included ,so if your connecting to a freeview digi box some like mine in the spare room have a volume setting on that if its set low the tv will volume will be set low ,set it to the highest position then your remote should be able to adjust it on the tv
Wish that deb1961 would give us some feedback, no response so far.
Probably cannot hear us over the deafening sound of TV !! -)))
Put a sock in it. (The speaker that is.)
Otherwise, TV repair shop ?
