Is it true that there were only two years - during the 20th Century - where there were no British military personnel killed in battle? If so, what were the two years?

Thanks CorbyLoon!
Corbyloon, may I ask you how you found that site? I googled all sorts of things and drew a blank, you must be a better googler than I am.

Please share your secret.
kev100 I can't mind on the combination that gave that result but I knew there were only one or two years where there have been no deaths and I knew the answer must be somewhere. It's a case of perseverance.
The way I read the site, Birchy could possibly be right.  1967 was the only year after the 1914-1918 war.

Birchy, I have not been able to track down a second year but The Royal British Legion say it was 1968 NOT 1967 and I would be more likely to accept that answer than the other site . See here for the Legion site
