i-tunes , some lost....

my iphone was stolen at the weekend.... :0(

i last synced to laptop in march....so have lost about 50quid worth of itunes...i tried to buy a few there and itunes told me id already purchased...so if apple know this could they restore what i have lost??

If I remember correctly they did this for my brother (as a one off you understand!) when his laptop crashed and he lost everything.

thanks rocky did he just email them?? i hav 90% of stuff id say...but a few songs id downloaded to my phone directly....so if they have it on file they shouldnt charge twice!!!...my friend said she didnt get charged for apps one time.hmmm xx

I'll ring him later and ask. They shouldn't charge really, they know you have bought the song. I still buy CD's and put them on iTunes (unless it's for one off songs that I like, that way you've always got your music.

just to report back guys they wil indeed restore itunes...emailed via apple website.
