buying property in bulgaria

i am considering buying in bulgaria does anyone recommend this or are there lots of pitfalls

We are actually considering this at the mo - b3 Bulgaria joins the European Union and the value of property goes up. One 'catch', if thats the right word for it, is that we have been told that we hgave to have a company registered in Bulgaria. We are checking that out as we speak.

However - we are definately up for it - tho that doesn't mean its a good idea!!
