After arguing with my sister that my bathroom floor tiles black with white going through them were her opinion - they are down some time ago but I wished on hindsight I could have got white floor tiles since the rest of the bathroom is completely white.

I am now thinking of painting the tiles white any tips or making sure I do the correct job. I know they would have to be covered with white ? before putting on tile paint. Help

I wouldn't bother. Painted tiles usually look crap.
Sorry but you won,t do a correct job painting tiles, tiles were never ment too be painted and no matter what it says on the tin it will look crap like ummmm says.( don,t do it)
Think an all-white bathroom would look sterile!!
we have dark brown floor tiles in our en suite and while i looks very smart i have to say i wouldn't have dark tiles in a bathroom again, they show every little mark, splash, towel fluff, etc., so i can see where you're coming from about getting rid of black ones. however, i definately wouldn't paint them for all the reasons already mentioned. can you not tile over them?
We have brown floor tiles in our bathroom and I think they look good!!
oh no....dont paint - it'll peel off with moisture in bathroom. A white rug would be good.

thanks for all your answers - but if I put white tiles down perhaps with a little black square in the centre. God knows when it will be done
