Im going for a shower.

Now theres a question thats crossed my mind.

When you go for a shower do you use shower gel first and then shampoo?

Or shampoo forst and then shower gel?�'

Is there a proper protocol or do you go with the flow?�

Shower gel is meant to do both ...

... thus obviating the need for a separate shampoo.

Shower gel is meant for your skin...and shampoo is meant for your hair...simple.

wet self>shampoo>rinse>conditioner>soap body>rinse head again>final rinse so no conditioner where it shouldn't be.

the only people I have ever know to use showergel on their hair are men, I wash my hair first and use a conditioner and leave it in whilst I wash then rinse off the conditioner

Oh sorry,I forgot to say that I only use gel. I use shampoo for my hair though.....lalalala laaa laaaa....singing in the rain....

Cazz maybe since jayne gone all bird brained its brought out her masculine side?�?�

Or theyve given her the wrong hormones for her hrt ( she is late 40s) and its given her an adams apple facila hair and a liking for shampooing with shower gel.
