Can I buy a replacement clic-clac mechanism for my sofa bed

I have a sofa bed with a clic-clac mechanism and the right hand side has snapped and the spring has popped off. Does anyone know of a site / shop where I might be able to get a replacement mechanism? I have e mailed 2 independent sofa manufacturers and I am waiting for replies from them, but I can't see anything on ebay (I thought you could buy ANYTHING on ebay) etc. Any advice or info gladly accepted
