How do you go about having a look at the Title Deeds for your property. I still have a mortgage on the house but need to check if I legally have access through my back alley. Many thanks

and follow the instructions. It costs �2 to see the Register (which you must do to check your right of way) and a further �2 to see the Plan (optional if the wording in the Register is clear). Print off a copy to keep. Do not worry if you do not know the Title No, it works perfectly well with just the address and postcode.
