 You can  cut your FUCHSIA down to ground level so that you get all new shoots from the base in the Spring.

Hi Madcaz, Great advice from Greenfingers. Here's a site with all kinds of info on fuchsia.
Do as greenfingers says. 
I prune mine to the ground every autumn and it flowers better and better each year.
