When monozygot cell splits in vitro, do the resulting children have the same fingerprints? I know that they have identical DNA, but From what I have read this is not applicable to the fingerprints of the children.

Although, as you state, identical twins share identical DNA, studies have yet to show such twins with the same fingerprints. The whorls and creases do indicate a similar pattern, but it's believed other factors during the pregnancy contribute to statistically significant differences...
