Looking for accomodation in east croydon

We are a couple looking for a studio flat or one bedroom in east croydon (or areas like bECKENHAM) but we are having trouble finding furnished accomodation for a reasonable price. For us, �700 pcm would be reasonable. We desperately need to find something to move into by the end of this month.
Is there anyone reading this that could help us out? This would be greatly appreciated as time is not in our hands.
