you need a rotary buffing machine with either 17" or 21" drive plate preferably 450 or 500 speed plus either a blue scrubbing pad or if its really dirty a black stripping pad and a good quality stripping chemical. put about 2 cups of solution into a gallon of water, use an old mop and slosh the solution onto the floor, use the rotary buffer with your selected pad and scrub the floor. never let your solution dry on the floor as its a devil to remove. when you have removed all the dirt either pick up dirty solution with a wet pick up machine or mop the floor with a clean mop and rinse water. You can hire these machines from any cleaning suppliers or tool shop best of luck!
Don't bother Ann. buy new and give me your old ones !!!
