How do you remove an oil based paint, which was splashed onto a Dark Brown UPVC window frame? Have scraped off the excess and tried white spirit to no avail. HELP!

Hi Ves if it is just a splash,? you could try nail varnish remover other is paint remover from merchants HTH Tez

try WD it brings paint & emulsion off most things including hands

Warmer weather will soften it, then try rubbing it off with a dish cloth and turps.
