Why does water collect in the bottom corner of my hall way? The wall paper wont stick, i think it's condensation, but dont have it this bad anywhere else? can anyone suggest something? i have a dehumidifier, central heating and i do open the windows

Check the outside of the wall in that area . Ypu may have some broken pipework or pointing missing and water is getting into the brickwork.
