Hada marathon gardening session yesterday. In one of the outdoor pots found two of those disgusting brown slugs. In pulling out weeds, found a load of tiny round white eggs. About 3 - 4 mm in diameter, or a - 3/8 ths of an inch. They were opaque like little pearls. Area they slug eggs? Having watered found at least a dozen frogs/toads roaming round when it was dark. They didn't seem at all interested in either the slugs or snails - I thought they eat them?

Yes, paulz, sounds like your two slugs are about to become twenty-two (or more)! This site has some info about predators but not many of them are doing their job around here. http://www.maths.gla.ac.uk/~mab/Biocontrol/Slug.ht
