winter hardy yuca plant

I transplanted a yuca plant last summer. This spring it doesn't look like it's growing. What have I done wrong with it?

hi, yucca plants can take years to grow. you will need to feed it with something called bio-grow which i think needs to be mixed with water....check the bottle though and good luck
