cleaning discoloured spardash (pebbledash)

My house has a spardash finish - like pebbledash but with white quartz-like stones bedded in white cement (?) mix. I extended the house a couple of years ago, and find that the new spardash is much whiter than the old - which has discoloured over the years. The original is about 25 years old, still sound but with ingrained dirt. Could anyone suggest a way of bringing it back up to a new-looking state please?

Could try pressure washing on an easily accessible area provided the finish is sound. Failing that you paint the whole house with exterior masonry paint
