help over a video recording

Pls can anyone help me ?
I have freeview and I want to record Bridehead Revisited on ITV3 {which is number 10} at 7.55 pm tonight and the video box number for this programme is 2461182.
I get the video plus up and punch in the number, thats fine but when it moves on to show the timings above this is PR ------, when I try and punch in 10 it wont accept.
What am I doing wrong ?I have also tried putting 010 as the number but it only seems to accept one number figures.
any suggestions please ?
freeview help line is closed at weekends.

To record through a set top box, I have to manually set my recorder.

I have to put the channel as EXT2, then the date and times.

The freeview box has to be switched on at the right station.

many tks Ethel, I had to go to work and wanted to see it, turns out it was a repeat of the episode shown earlier that I had watched.
Have printed off your instructions for further use.
