Anyone know of a bulb or lamp that works as a daylight substitute, to help plants grow in a room with no windows?
And where to buy them.......

You may also like to consider 'Grolux' This sort of artificial lighting is commonly used in the UK's horticultral industry. just Google grolux. Good Luck.

Read recently that the "warm light" flourescent ones available from B&Q etc are suitable.
