What problem are you trying to solve? - is it with the multipoint locking system? I can't see why hanging the doors is any different from any other door - you adjust them off the hinges initially.

Problem is LH door is catching sill.Need method of adjusting height and poss. width

check the frame is square first. measure diagonals, top/middle/bottom widths. if not exactly square they will never allign.
